It's funny to think how easy it is to think or do all of the things on this list, yet I, for one, don't. As I've grown older, I find myself more...aware. I don't know what word fully encompasses that feeling I'm trying to describe. But for example, "Sing in the shower" - I would, but I feel self conscious and just plain silly doing it even when I'm by myself!
Though this list of Instructions is quite lengthy and some I simply cannot do with my lifestyle ("Have a dog"), I think it is a good point of reference to refocus on being a happier and better me in the new year. So cheers to that!
