Floral Goodness

I want to relax on a beach and drink some fruity drink with an umbrella in it. But I am stuck in the dead of winter with snow on the ground. And to make things worse, I'm bikini shopping. I just want something cute to wear for the imaginary cruise I'm planning. Does that rationalize buying a new bikini?
